LINKS TO OTHER SOURCES FOR "CITRIC ACID" INFORMATION

When we used the Search Engine Alta Vista we found over 2,900 references on the Web for the Citric Acid inquiry. You may want to look into some of these. Many of these links were to Biochemistry Classes, and things not related to the Citric Acid Cycle, but some of these links are very interesting.

To simplify your search, just double click on our highlighted link that says "Alta Vista" and you should be fine. The technique we used was to double click into the search engine, and then select "English" as the language of choice. In the inquiry entry block we typed "Citric Acid". To get the same result that we received you must isolate the words...Citric Acid...by using the quote symbol both preceding and following the phrase.

Some other references we found were particularly interesting. We will annotate our links with some comments that may make your search a little easier.

George Washington University - Site designed by Karl Miller - Interesting views of the Citric Acid Cycle. Karl Miller also offers a free "download" for the MDL Chemscape CHIME Plug-In. This plug-in is compatible with both Netscape and Internet Explorer. It will want to go to Netscape but just locate your Internet Explorer browser and send it there as a plug-in. You really will be amazed when you watch the Citric Acid Cycle in "3D" motion. Once at the site click on the link "Kreb's - TCA - Citric Acid Cycle". Just click on the following link. Miller at GWU

One might also find it interesting to read some information regarding Dr. Hans Adolph Krebs. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1953 for his discovery of the Citric Acid Cycle. It takes some special patience to find "Sir Hans Adolph Krebs" on the Internet. It took us over an hour. However, thanks to the sponsors of the Nobel Peace Prize, we finally located an excellent source for more inquiry both into the background of Dr. Krebs, and also some references to his contributions to our society. Take a look at
Sir Hans Krebs. From this page you may move directly into many links that will tell you much, both about Dr. Krebs and the Citric Acid Cycle.

As we find other interesting links that relate to our product, we will be adding them to this page.
